Log in WeChat with a Passkey

A "Passkey" is an encrypted key stored on your mobile device. By verifying your biometric information (such as fingerprint, facial recognition) to verify this key, you can quickly log in to WeChat without entering a complex password. Conditions for using "Passkey"

1. System version requirements
Only devices with iOS 16 and iPadOS 16 or above can use the "Passkey" feature

2. WeChat version requirements
Users with WeChat 8.0.54 or above can use "Passkey"

How to log in via "Passkey"

1. Go to "WeChat > ​​Me > Settings > Account and Security > Passkey" to enable the feature
2. After logging out, find "Log in with Passkey" on the login screen

How to delete "Passkey"

1. Go to "WeChat > ​​Me > Settings > Account and Security > Passkey" and tap "Delete and Disable" to delete according to the instructions
2. Or, go to the phone system "Settings > Password" to delete the corresponding passkey
